Plant Operator EFZ / Machine Operator (m/f/d) - 2-Shift

For our client, an internationally leading and rapidly expanding Swiss family business in the building materials and supply industry in the Ruswil (LU) region, we are immediately seeking a committed specialist for a long-term temporary assignment as a Plant Operator EFZ / Machine Operator. Your Tasks

• Independently setting up, operating and monitoring state-of-the-art, automated production and packaging systems
• Responsibility for smooth production processes and efficient resolution of technical faults (first-level support)
• Carrying out changeover work during product switches
• Ensuring high quality standards and documenting production data
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes (Lean Management)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical basic training, ideally as a Plant Operator EFZ, Machine Operator or a comparable qualification
• Experience in operating industrial production systems
• Mandatory willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
• Having your own car is an absolute requirement due to shift times
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You work precisely, with quality awareness and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
