Tasks
- You book your shifts according to your needs and plan time-off requests and holidays of interest in a digital app
- You receive shift offers across four clinical areas (e.g., geriatric psychiatry, forensics, child and adult psychiatry)
- As 1:1 care, you take on defined monitoring tasks (visual checks/vital signs)
- As ward assistance, you perform various support tasks on the ward (basic care, writing short nursing reports, accompanying daily activities with patients, and independently carrying out household tasks)
- You adhere to hygiene regulations
- You recognize emergency situations and immediately call the responsible specialist if necessary
Profile
- Completed training in the nursing field (e.g., Nursing Assistant SRK or AGS) with professional experience
- You bring joy and commitment to nursing and care and are open to the psychiatric setting
- You are flexible and resilient and quickly adapt to different team cultures
- You work independently and responsibly under delegation
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Basic IT skills are an advantage
- German (level B2), you understand Swiss dialect
