About the job
Your tasks
- As a process agent, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Environmental rules
- You create and make changes to production sequences while ensuring their configuration management,
- You manage article data as well as product and process changes, you define and improve control plans. Additionally, you manage various continuous improvement projects and also implement preventive actions following complaints,
- You design and purchase manufacturing and control means (jigs, assembly tooling, specific devices, etc).
- You also create work documents (work instructions, plans),
- You participate in the preparation of investment budgets, you are responsible for planning and designing workstations (layout, flow, ergonomics),
- You calculate and establish operating cost calculations,
- You implement rationalisation and optimisation projects for quality and costs,
- You participate in updating failure mode, effects and criticality analyses (FMEA),
- You are also responsible for the qualification and validation of manufacturing processes.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician or an equivalent qualification,
- You hold a Process Agent Certificate or an equivalent qualification,
- You have at least 3 years of experience in production,
- You are proficient in IT systems such as MS Office and InforLN,
- You have an excellent command of French.
- German and English are an advantage, your personality is characterised by your ability to work in a team and your reliability.
- Your motivation, autonomy and ability to take initiative are also among your strengths.
