Daily Business
- Leadership & further development of maintenance teams
- Planning & coordination of maintenance & overhaul work
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines & costs (mechanical maintenance)
- AVOR, deployment planning & coordination of external service providers
- Close cooperation with production, engineering & EMSR*
(* Electrical, measurement, control & regulation technology)
(* Electrical, measurement, control & regulation technology)
- Budget responsibility for maintenance area
- Participation in optimisations & further developments of the systems
Your Background
- Mechanical basic training with further education (e.g. maintenance, master craftsman, higher vocational school)
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience & organisational skills
- Good AVOR knowledge
- Independent, resilient & solution-oriented personality
- MS Office+++, SAP/Maximo advantageous
- German+++
