Head of Landscape and Gardening 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a well-coordinated team of 6 employees
- Management of the areas of landscape, gardening and floristry
- Responsibility for budget planning, investments, material procurement as well as the economic management of the area
- Strategic further development of landscape and garden facilities as well as implementation of sustainable concepts for ecological enhancement
- Planning of work assignments and available resources
- Contact person for the department management as well as internal customers
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a gardener, landscape gardener or ornamental plant gardener including further training in garden or landscape construction
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with management experience
- Sound to very good plant knowledge (plant communities, requirements, soil conditions) as well as comprehensive knowledge in plant use and design
- Experience with the maintenance of certified green spaces
- Distinctive design knowledge as well as a trained eye for colour theory and harmonious colour combinations
- Openness, communication skills, pronounced team spirit and customer orientation beyond one’s own area as well as understanding and sensitivity for the special requirements of a psychiatric health environment
- MS Office 365 skills
- Driving licence category B
- Optional: Completed vocational trainer course
