About the job
Within Précieuses Manufactures, an acquisition subsidiary of the Watchmaking-Jewellery division of the Chanel house, you will assist the M&A manager in their tasks.
Your responsibilities will notably include:
1. Synthesis & monitoring of acquisitions
Updating acquisition tracking tables and summary sheets for each of them
Preparing presentation materials for management
Proposing monitoring tools and continuous improvement
2. Updating business plans & monitoring earn outs
Review and update business plans of acquired companies.
Estimating earn out amounts and monitoring associated indicators.
3. Participation in budgetary processes
Participate in budget construction and its revisions
Consolidate budgetary data (and revisions) provided by companies and analyse their consistency.
Prepare presentation materials for management
4. Cash management
Ensure proper banking integration and follow-up of associated tasks
Participate in the implementation, monitoring and analysis of cash flow.
Consolidate cash flow forecasts of companies
Profile sought:
Education:
Master's student (Year 2) in finance, management, audit or equivalent.
Final year internship
Technical skills:
Good command of Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of financial consolidation principles and management control.
Personal qualities:
Organisational skills and rigour.
Analytical mind and ability to manage large volumes of data.
Interpersonal ease to work with various stakeholders (subsidiaries, shareholders, management).
Proactivity and autonomy.
Job conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
The internship must be part of your study curriculum.
The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.

Contract: full-time internship (100%) and on-site
Start date: 4 January 2027
Duration: 6 months
Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
