All-round Bar/Catering (m/f/d)

About the job

The employment is on an hourly wage basis and we have both on-call assignments as well as a fixed shift at the weekend to offer.
It is important that you are flexible and can work especially at weekends, in the evenings and on public holidays. If needed, additional free shifts are available during the week. You will receive a corresponding request each time and can sign up for available shifts.

• Ensuring smooth, competent and professional guest service
• Friendly and competent care and advice for guests
• Proactive sale of the food and drink offerings as well as targeted recommendations to increase additional sales
• Proper preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks
• Compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations
• Carrying out cleaning tasks
• Inventory management
• Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
• Independent planning, organisation and supervision of events including catering and service area as well as pre- and post-processing

• Working at weekends and public holidays is no problem for you
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in the service, bar or catering sector
• You are communicative and communicate fluently in German; additional languages are an advantage
• With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests
• We can rely on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working
• You remain calm and act proactively even in hectic situations
• You enjoy working in a team, show your active willingness to help and proactively share your knowledge
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
