To complete our team at the Institute of Pharmacological Sciences of Italian Switzerland, we are looking for a
Laboratory technicians or for the preparation of sterile medications (100%)
Profile:
The individuals we are looking for (one for the Bellinzona site and one for the Lugano site) will be integrated into teams of people active in the centralized preparation units of ISFSI chemotherapies, will be responsible for the production of medication therapies for oncology patients according to current directives and regulations, and will participate in the on-call service. They possess manual skills related to the handling of medications, can act quickly with their knowledge, work independently within a small team of specialized individuals, respond to requests with flexibility and competence. They believe, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of all our attention.
Necessary requirements:
- federal certificate of competence (AFC) as a laboratory technician, or equivalent qualifications;
- experience in the production of sterile medications will be a preferential title;
- proficiency in the Italian language and knowledge of German or French;
- good computer skills;
- good organizational, relational, and communication skills.
