Your main tasks:

• Carry out, within the framework of a credit process and by means of entries in the internal valuation tool, real estate valuations of individual residential properties (villas and apartments) and small rental buildings,
• Perform, within the limits of granted competencies, real estate appraisals of these same properties when automatic valuation cannot be used (for example in case of submission to the LDFR or a specific legal framework),
• Support and advise front office managers by providing technical expertise,
• Exchange with fellow real estate experts for the most complex cases.

Your profile:

• Knowledge of legal and technical aspects in the real estate sector
• Knowledge of consumer credit
