What to expect

In this position, you are part of the Personal Injury team and responsible for handling claims, especially in the area of compulsory accident insurance (UVG) as well as daily sickness benefits insurance.

Your impact with us

The core of this role lies in the independent handling of complex and demanding claims in compulsory accident insurance and daily sickness benefits insurance. Depending on your language skills, you can take on both German and French cases.

As a competent specialist, you make a valuable contribution to claims management, conduct investigations and negotiate with insured persons, employers, medical professionals, other insurance institutions and lawyers. You complete the related correspondence in impeccable language.

Teamwork is not just a buzzword for you. You gladly support the claims services of our general agencies with technical expertise.

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, social insurance/insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
• Professional experience in the field of UVG and daily sickness benefits insurance
• Communicative and independent working style
• Strong social skills and negotiation ability
• Fluent German skills, good to ideally very good French and/or Italian skills are welcome
