What is my role?

Technology. Customers. Projects. Responsibility.

You accompany your projects from the initial inspection to invoicing, combining technical know-how, customer consulting and project management.

• You inspect construction sites and assess roofs and building envelopes

• You prepare measurements, calculate quotes and develop suitable solutions

• You competently advise customers, builders and architects on site

• You plan and coordinate projects in pitched roofs, flat roofs, plumbing, repair and roof service

• You coordinate employees, suppliers, materials and appointments

• You supervise the construction sites and ensure quality, deadlines and costs

• You support your team with technical questions

• You carry out post-calculations and prepare invoicing

What do I need to be successful?

1. Training as a roofer EFZ, polybuilder EFZ, plumber EFZ or equivalent

2. Several years of experience in the building envelope / roof

3. Very good technical understanding and practical experience

4. Experience in measurement, calculation and quotation is an advantage

5. Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

6. Confident and professional appearance in customer contact

7. Organisational talent and enjoyment in coordinating several projects simultaneously

8. Good German skills and driving licence category B

9. Further training as a project manager, foreman, construction manager or technical salesman is a plus
