What you bring

• Handling complex corporate, professional, principal contractor, motor vehicle or private liability claims, including claims with bodily injuries
• Review of coverage and liability analysis
• Damage calculation and payment of benefits
• Writing analysis reports and expert conclusions including financial aspects and supporting clients in their decision-making
• Communication with internal and external contacts
• Work location: French-speaking Switzerland / Fribourg or Lausanne

Your profile

• Basic training in the insurance sector, ideally complemented by a federal certificate in social/private insurance
• Proven experience in managing complex liability claims with material damage and bodily injuries
• Excellent command of the French language. Good knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are a hands-on and action-oriented person with a strong results focus and high customer sensitivity
• You are comfortable with common IT tools
• You make the best use of your personal resources, taking into account your own strengths and limits
• You are committed to creating and developing strong partnerships, even beyond team boundaries
