The company is a leading Swiss real estate and general contractor with a focus on real estate development, realisation, management, and sustainable value creation. With many years of experience, high expertise, and a long-term corporate strategy, it develops sophisticated residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects and accompanies them throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
You support tenants and owners and coordinate the entire rental process.
You prepare rental contracts, conduct property handovers, and handle rent adjustments.
You coordinate maintenance and renovation work as well as service charge settlements.
You prepare reports and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with further education in the real estate sector.
Several years of professional experience in property management.
Sound knowledge of tenancy law and property administration.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and confident negotiation personality.
Very good German language skills.
