Pastor
You are responsible for the pastoral care of the residents as well as for conversations with relatives and also have an open ear for the concerns of the employees. You regularly celebrate Sunday services at the Oberi retirement center and the Adlergarten retirement center and organize devotions and farewell ceremonies in the residential groups. You recruit and accompany volunteers and work in the ethics specialist group. In addition, according to your employment percentage, you provide on-call service in the hospitals and nursing homes of the region.
As an ordained pastor, you bring experience from parish ministry and have completed special training in pastoral care (CAS AWS Unibe or equivalent) as well as a basic course A2 Palliative Care or you are willing to complete these trainings. You know how to set priorities and are open to the special challenges in a constantly changing environment of church and healthcare.
