You don’t just want to analyse finance, but actively shape it? In this role, you combine financial perspectives with business and the energy industry and support important decisions around new renewables and large batteries.

Your area of impact

• You are responsible for the financial management of the new renewables and large batteries sectors and create transparency about their development
• You analyse developments, deviations and trends and derive concrete recommendations for management
• As a Finance Business Partner, you are an important contact person for the business unit management and support them with financial and strategic issues
• You contribute your financial perspective to investments, new business ideas and the further development of the portfolio
• You ensure a consistent financial view of the development, investment, operation and marketing of the assets
• Together with the responsible finance and controlling functions, you further develop financial management and strengthen business orientation
• You work on strategic projects and transformation initiatives at the interface of finance, business and the energy industry

What you bring with you

• Completed master’s degree in Business Economics or Business Administration with several years of experience in finance or the energy industry
• You combine your solid financial knowledge with a good understanding of energy industry contexts
• You bring experience in financial management, management reporting as well as in creating and evaluating business cases
• You are familiar with IFRS and common ERP and financial systems and have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You can quickly grasp strategic issues and complex contexts, analyse them in a structured way and communicate them clearly
• Very good German and English skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders complete your profile
