Your missions

• Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of the backlog and Jira tickets.
• Identify blockers and implement actions to improve collective performance.
• Facilitate exchanges between developers, business users and other IT teams.
• Monitor work progress and analyse deviations from the planned schedule.

Coordination and synchronisation

• Participate in scaled agility ceremonies
• Work closely with business stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination with operations, architecture and support teams.
• Calculate and communicate the team’s capacity.

Supporting the Product Owner

• Participate in the collection and clarification of requirements.
• Contribute to the writing and prioritisation of Features and User Stories.
• Support the preparation and execution of testing phases.

Your profile

Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5, you have a good knowledge of agility.

With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working within a team and demonstrate a strong spirit of mutual support.

You are recognised for your rigour, your analytical skills and your ability to communicate with diverse interlocutors. Organised, you work autonomously while knowing when to ask for help in case of blockage.
