Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Role:
In this role, you take on the management of demanding fiduciary mandates in various industries, ensuring precise, customer-oriented support. You are responsible for business management projects such as supporting start-ups through all phases, succession planning, restructuring, and company transactions, initially working closely with experienced mandate managers and later increasingly independently. In addition, you handle complex tax projects and legal remedies in cooperation with tax experts. Furthermore, you take responsibility in auditing by conducting limited and regular audits together with senior auditors. With your high quality standards and flair for IT, you manage the mandates entrusted to you efficiently, carefully, and proactively.
Responsibilities:
- You manage fiduciary mandates in diverse industries
- In this role, you lead demanding projects such as start-up support, succession planning, restructuring, and company transactions
- As a mandate manager fiduciary, you initially work closely with experienced mandate managers and then increasingly take on responsibility independently
- You support complex tax projects and legal remedies in collaboration with our tax experts
- In this role, you share responsibility for limited and regular audits together with senior auditors
Qualifications:
Successfully completed diploma as certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor, or certified tax expert (or near completion of training).
Several years of solid leadership experience in the fiduciary sector with proven experience in independent mandate management.
In-depth expertise in SME consulting, tax law, accounting, and auditing.
High IT affinity, convincing advisory skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
