Job Description
What does your workday look like...
- You ensure smooth processes, a clean kitchen, and a team that works hand in hand – even when the order list is longer
- You independently manage the breakfast service and can be relied upon for support during lunch service
- You prepare dishes according to the specified standards and use records and monitor compliance with hygiene guidelines
- You stand for the high level of our food and inspire our junior chefs and trainees to achieve this goal
- You independently manage your station and actively support in all areas
Qualifications

- You have worked in a kitchen before and bring the necessary experience
- You can motivate colleagues and are a team player
- You are passionate about live cooking, international cuisine, and new food concepts
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
