Schoio AG provides social space-oriented, social and special educational services for children and adolescents with special support and protection needs as well as for regular schools in the Oberaargau region. Our goal: a supportive environment where children can grow up protected and families can develop their strengths. Children and adolescents should feel heard and be able to experience themselves as part of a family and society. To complement our team in the CARE department, we are looking for a Specialist in Family Support 40% starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement. What you will do: • You shape the daily life and leisure time of the children and adolescents in the residential group Vento – together with them and their parents/legal guardians. • You work participatively and cooperatively with the family systems. • You act systemically and solution-oriented, open and respectful towards different life worlds. • You show pedagogical presence, relationship orientation, and creativity in everyday life. • You actively contribute to internal collaboration and communication. • You participate in departmental tasks, working groups, and project work. • As a creative and reliable personality, you make a committed contribution to success in everyday life, a good atmosphere, and the joint development of the organization and the department.
