• Personal supervision by experienced trainers and specialists

• Training duration of 4 years in cooperation with aprentas and the vocational school
• Exciting projects in the areas of automation, control technology, and refrigeration technology

• Completion of secondary school (level E/P)
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
• Technical affinity and interest in electrical engineering and automation
• Enjoyment of logical and analytical thinking
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Open-mindedness and communication skills
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
