Our profile
- Since July 2024, alongside the restaurant Schäferstube, we have also been running the restaurant STEINBOCK – in the centre of Saas-Fee.
As young hosts of the region, we revitalise the gastronomy of Saas-Fee. Both of us as well as our management staff have held leadership positions in upscale gastro/hotel establishments and have each developed solid expertise.
At STEINBOCK, this knowledge is applied with great joy and motivation. We highly value working in the oldest guesthouse of Saas-Fee. International clientele, the location in the heart of the village, and the new challenges for us make our daily work varied and exciting.
We place great emphasis on homemade delicacies. With us, you will find a mix of traditional cuisine combined with refreshing versatility and lightness.
