Operations Electrician / All-round Building Technician (m/f) 100%

We are looking for an Operations Electrician / Building Technician (m/f) 100% for our client

Your tasks:

• Planning and execution of repair and service work in the area of buildings and operational facilities
• Active participation in maintenance in the role of operations electrician
• Support in the cleaning area including the personnel management of two cleaning staff
• Continuous process optimisation in the entire area of responsibility as well as the procurement of consumables
• Organisation of alarm and on-call duties. Ideally, you will also take on the role of safety officer (SiBe) or have an interest in training for this area of responsibility

Your profile:

• A completed technical basic training with solid experience in building technology
• A strong enthusiasm for building technology and complex technical contexts
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work on-call duty at weekends
• Good IT user skills
