This is what you can achieve with us...
- Weigh raw materials according to recipes
- Production of doughs and mixtures
- Production of long-life baked goods on both production lines
- Operate, monitor, and adjust the various system components
- Clean the line according to cleaning instructions
- Check the quality standards of the finished product
- Efficient production considering quality, hygiene, safety requirements, and the FSSC 22000 standard
- Coordinate work in the respective area with the packaging supervisor and colleagues
Why you will succeed...
- Professional experience in a production company (preferably in the food industry)
- Completed apprenticeship as a food technologist or baker-confectioner (EBA or EFZ) is an advantage
- Good technical understanding
- Physically resilient and in good physical condition
- Flexible, motivated, and team-oriented personality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
