What is my role?

• Control and verification of production documents

• Provision of semi-finished products for production

• Carrying out simple quality measurements

• Forwarding production orders to subsequent manufacturing stages

• Handling of warehouse and booking systems (ERP)

• Proper disposal and recycling according to environmental guidelines

• Goods receipt: checking and recording incoming deliveries

• Picking, shipping preparation and printing of delivery notes and certificates

• Participation in daily and annual inventories

• Processing invoicing, shipping processes and coordination of various shipping service providers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ)

• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• Confident handling of modern ERP systems

• Valid forklift licence

• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

• Resilient, flexible, committed and team-oriented

• Ideally between 20 and 33 years old
