What is my role?
Our client is looking for support for social administration in a small, dedicated team. In this role, you will take on diverse administrative and coordinative tasks in social services.
Your main responsibilities include:
First point of contact for clients - receiving concerns by phone, in person or in writing and forwarding them to the responsible departments
Administrative support for social workers in correspondence, data maintenance and document management
Administrative responsibility in the area of child and adult protection with an overview of ongoing processes
Payment transactions and accounting for clients under adult protection, including invoice verification and account coding
Clarification of social insurance claims and communication with tax authorities, health insurance companies and banks
Support for private mandate holders as the first contact person
Representation of team members during absences
The position offers the opportunity to actively participate in upcoming development processes and changes within the organisation.
What do I need to be successful?
Our client is looking for a person with completed commercial training.
The following qualifications are expected:
Professional experience in social services, public administration or accounting is an advantage
Sense of responsibility and flexibility in dealing with different situations
Enjoyment of direct contact with various stakeholders, even in challenging moments
Willingness to take on professional and organisational responsibility in a small team
Knowledge of the industry software KLIBnet is desirable but not a prerequisite. What matters is the motivation to contribute in a dynamic environment and to make a valuable contribution both professionally and interpersonally.
