What you can achieve:

Friendly reception and professional support of customers, visitors and partners in the data centre
Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks
Coordination and management of visitor parking spaces
Issuing and managing keys, access media and visitor passes
Monitoring and operation of security and alarm systems
Ensuring first alarm intervention as well as professional support and briefing of emergency services
Conducting building and site inspections within a high-security environment
Close cooperation with IT specialists and the customer’s security officers

What you bring:

Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English or French skills are a plus
Confident handling of common MS Office applications and digital communication tools
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
High service orientation as well as a professional and well-groomed appearance
Strong communication skills, discretion and confident manners
Willingness to work at weekends and night shifts (weekend shifts can take place from Friday 11:00 pm to Sunday 11:00 pm)
Resilient personality with a high level of commitment and team spirit
Impeccable reputation with a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract
