Automation Technician with Software Support and Interface Integration

• Software support for service, sales and project management in workflow and system software adjustments
• Integration and maintenance of communication interfaces such as Profinet, Ethernet IP and Powerlink
• Creation and maintenance of documentation on PLC adjustments and software functions
• Conducting training sessions and commissioning both domestically and abroad
• Handling customer complaints in the service tool and supporting the internal service team

• Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician or electrical fitter
• Basic knowledge or interest in programming and software support
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with a high awareness of quality
