For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded personality from Upper Valais who will take over the establishment, lead people and shape Allianz Suisse on site.

As a General Agent, you bear overall responsibility for the General Agency - strategically, personnel-wise and sales-wise. You build a high-performance team, are close to customers and act as a credible leader in a region you know and where you are rooted.

General Agent for the General Agency Oberwallis in Visp (m/f/d)

Your key topics
As a General Agent, you lead the agency in your own name and are responsible for the following key topics:

• Result-oriented leadership and organisation of the General Agency according to entrepreneurial aspects and in line with the corporate philosophy of Allianz Suisse.
• Fulfilment of the strategic and operational targets of the General Agency as well as implementation of the measures specified by the headquarters.
• Continuous and sustainable market development as well as exploitation of the local market potential through acquisition of new customers, as well as care and development of the customer portfolio.
• Market and competitor observation, analysis of trends for the successful positioning of Allianz and your General Agency in your area.
• Recruitment, development and coaching of field and internal sales staff.
• Collaboration with internal Allianz committees and participation in strategically relevant projects. 

Your talents and skills

• You already have experience in multi-level employee leadership.
• You like to take on a role model function and inspire and motivate your employees.
• You have a higher business administration education.
• You have several years of sales experience with verifiable successes.
• You think and act entrepreneurially, strategically and independently.
• You are a decisive, efficient and communicative personality with high assertiveness and pronounced negotiation skills.
• You are characterised by a result- and performance-oriented working style and are ready to drive change.
• You put customers at the centre of your actions and enjoy maintaining and expanding your network.
