- Technical and leadership responsibility for spindle testing (5 employees)
- Responsible for the development, standardization, and documentation of internal testing processes
- Responsible for the quality testing of assembled spindles
- Creation of the digital fingerprint for each delivered spindle
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with the internal development, supply chain, and customer service departments.
- Support in coordinating interdisciplinary teams to analyze technical quality issues.
- Member of the on-call service for spindle testing
- As a link, you help drive the development of the spindle testing field as well as operational quality improvement
- You have completed a technical basic education as well as further training as an electrical or mechanical engineer FH
- You have gained initial leadership experience as well as experience in process and project management and have a pronounced sense of quality
- You appreciate a very independent way of working, are conscientious, and have a quick grasp
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and motivation to achieve goals together
- You have the flair to move and continuously develop an organization, its processes, and the team
