Mission
- Proactive sales and advice
- Compliance with internal and legal directives prescribed in terms of QA and occupational safety within the company
- Ensuring cleanliness of one’s own workstation
- Recognising, capturing and transmitting customer needs
- Ensuring freshness and presentation of goods
- Ensuring labelling complies with the labelling concept
- Ensuring goods are 100% available (shelf, 2nd point of sale,
- promotional location)
- Conducting inventory according to specifications
- Noting complaints and forwarding them accordingly
- Scanning goods at check-out
Required skills and qualities
- Completed training in the food sector (cook, baker, retail trade, butcher)
- Reliable, efficient and correct work
- Neat appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
- Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges
- Physical resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Impeccable knowledge of French
- Training in forklift and/or tow tractor operation (SUVA standard) would be an advantage.
