About the job
We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centred care in the maieutic sense.
We are looking for a qualified nurse for the night shift (50% - 70% workload) by arrangement. Shape the night with us – responsibly, empathetically & competently.
Your tasks
- You take professional responsibility for the care and support of our residents during the night.
- You ensure professional, individual and needs-oriented care.
- You are an important contact person for residents, relatives, the care team as well as doctors.
- You recognise changes early, take the necessary measures and act calmly, prudently and professionally even in emergency situations.
- You ensure seamless documentation and information transfer for continuous care.
- You work independently, take responsibility and coordinate the nursing tasks during the night.
- You actively contribute your experience and expertise to the further development of our care quality.
Your profile
- Completed tertiary education as a qualified nurse HF/FH.
- Professional experience in long-term care, ideally experience as a night nurse.
- Knowledge in palliative care or willingness to undertake further training accordingly.
- Independent, reliable and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional and appreciative communication – even in challenging situations.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good understanding of Swiss German.
- Enjoy working independently at night while being part of a committed team.
