The Personnel Office works as a cross-sectional office closely with the decentralised HR management of the departments, the State Chancellery, and the courts. It is responsible for the holistic implementation of personnel law and personnel strategy guidelines. Personnel and organisational development supports managers and employees in personnel management matters and provides a broad range of training and advisory services.

What to expect
- Advising and supporting managers as well as designing and leading mandates in team, culture, and organisational development
- Designing and moderating strategy, leadership, and team workshops as well as supporting change and development processes
- Designing and conducting training and seminars on leadership, culture, and organisational development topics
- Further developing tools and concepts for personnel, leadership, and culture development in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Planning and implementing talent management initiatives and participating in strategic projects of personnel and organisational development
- Leading or participating in change and digitalisation projects and contributing to specialist committees
- Advising and supporting HR Business Partners and HR managers on leadership and organisational development issues
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in business administration, human resources, business education, work and organisational psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Advanced training in organisational development, coaching, change management, project management, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in organisational, culture, and team development as well as in supporting transformation and change processes
- Experience in designing and moderating workshops and in creating learning and development formats
- Strong advisory, moderation, and communication skills as well as a confident presence at all leadership levels
- Strategic and networked thinking with strong implementation skills and enthusiasm for actively shaping change
- High service orientation as well as pronounced self-, social, and methodological competencies
