Your impact with us
- Responsible for secretarial duties of the Real Estate department
- Executive assistant to the Head of Security and Real Estate
- Coordination and monitoring of deadlines and appointments for political matters
- Support for the Construction and Maintenance area with tenders and credit accounting
- Organisation of meetings and events as well as minute-taking
- Administrative tasks such as telephone service, general correspondence, email management, digitisation and archiving etc. for the entire Real Estate department
How you impress us
- Completed commercial training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Preferably further training as an executive assistant or equivalent professional experience
- Professional experience in a political environment and/or in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Organised, motivated and service-oriented personality with a quick grasp
- Efficient and independent working style, high quality awareness, ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written English as well as very good IT skills
- Willingness to later take over the secretariat management due to succession planning
