You will move this with us- Taking over leadership in the absence of the store management
- Supporting the store management in leading and motivating the team
- Coordinating and monitoring daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and processes
- Supporting personnel deployment planning
- Personal advising and caring for customers regarding our entire small animal assortment
- Receiving, checking, and storing goods
- Merchandise presentation according to specifications
- Monitoring inventory levels and reordering goods
- Processing payment transactions including daily closing
Assisting with inventories
- Sales training, retail training and/or several years of experience in retail
- First leadership experience
- Ambitions to later take on a store management position
- Experience in pet specialty retail is an advantage
- Flexible sales personality with a passion for animals
- Responsible working style as well as neat and friendly appearance
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Organizational skills (hands-on mentality), endurance, and stress resistance
