Day shift
100% workload
(Work starts early in the morning (no split shifts) and weekend assignments)
Your responsibilities
- independent preparation of cold and hot dishes as well as semi-finished products according to recipes
- setting up mise en place
- cleaning (facilities, machines, rooms according to instructions) and disposal
- data entry and inventory management on the PC
- planning and allocation of work
