About the job

The thermal leisure complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of pools, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa area, a fitness centre, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Lifeguard 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your profile:

Holder of a Plus Pool or Pro Pool certificate and BLS-AED certificate

Has several years of experience in a similar position

Experience as a pool coordinator is an asset

Comfortable in customer contact and able to keep calm in complex situations

Enjoys working outdoors and has a good team spirit

Flexible regarding working hours, including weekdays and weekends

Good command of French

Your tasks:

Ensure the surveillance of bathers in the pools

Maintain order, prevent accidents and intervene for first aid

Maintain the pool surroundings

Apply and respect safety and crisis management procedures

Ensure the application and respect of the establishment's regulations, hygiene standards and safety rules

Monitor the analysis of pool water

Welcome and inform customersStable and varied employment within a dynamic team
