You are a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) and wish to practise your profession with flexibility while joining teams recognised for the quality of their services?

Samsic Emploi is recruiting ASSCs (M/F) for temporary assignments with its key partners in home care in the Lausanne region.

Your mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you intervene at the beneficiaries' homes to provide quality care, while contributing to maintaining their autonomy and quality of life.

As such, you will be expected to:

• Perform technical care within your competencies.
• Provide hygiene, comfort and preventive care.
• Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
• Observe patients' health status and relay useful information to the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in monitoring care plans and ensuring continuity of care.
• Work closely with nurses, doctors and other health professionals.
• Respect care protocols, hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Previous experience in home care is a real asset.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and excellent organisational skills.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, a developed team spirit and a real sense of responsibility.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and record keeping.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential for travel between homes.
