We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist with a technical IT background. In this role, you will engage with the development of applications and the use of AI services in concrete use cases. Together with the responsible teams, you will analyse how the services are used, where costs arise, and which technical adjustments can improve usage. This way, you help to deploy AI efficiently and economically sustainably across projects, products, and platforms.
You will work closely with developers, data scientists, AI users, platform teams, and finance to understand the applications and use cases behind AI usage, identify cost drivers, and collaboratively develop improvements with the teams. You analyse unusual consumption patterns, question inefficient setups, and support teams in making more informed decisions regarding model usage, infrastructure, and budgeting.
This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy combining technical details with financial impacts and translating complex usage data into concrete, actionable measures.
