- Organisation and coordination of construction sites
- Independent execution of bricklaying work in the private customer sector
- Leading a team of 1 to 3 employees
- Reporting on completed work
- Ensuring quality standards
- Responsibility for compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Completed training as a bricklayer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a foreman or site manager is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in building construction
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanour
- Driving licence category B
- Varied assignments on regional construction sites
- Modern work equipment and up-to-date machinery
