You develop and maintain operational business applications in an industrial environment. As a hands-on personality, you make an important contribution to the stability and further development of our business processes and application landscape.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Development, further development, and implementation of business applications and interfaces in an industrial environment
- Your area of activity revolves around the middleware "Mirth" as a central data hub as well as coding in SQL, JavaScript, REST-API, XML, and JSON
- Analysis of requirements in collaboration with specialist departments and internal stakeholders
- Analyzing complex problems and initiating necessary development measures are part of your daily work
- You determine suitable methods, standards, and coding guidelines for software development and ensure their continuous improvement
- Analyzing change requests and co-designing integration tests of applications and interfaces are also part of your responsibilities
- Your consulting competence in code reviews to optimize code quality is in productive use
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed vocational training as an application developer EFZ or equivalent education with several years of experience
- Completed computer science studies (FH, university, HF, FA) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in application and interface development in the environment of business applications (ERP, logistics, production)
- Experience in software development as well as requirements analysis
- Committed, resilient, team- and customer-oriented personality
- You are a doer with quick comprehension and good interconnected thinking
- Good oral and written English skills are a plus
