- Processing incoming customer enquiries and coordinating solution proposals
- Preparation and follow-up of offers and customer orders
- Supporting sales with analysis and document creation
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth processes
- Solid German skills and good French skills expected, English skills a great advantage in combination with (FR)
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented manner desired
- Organisational talent and resilience in a dynamic work environment necessary
- Working in a well-coordinated team with high personal responsibility
