Is looking for a versatile receptionist for the winter season to strengthen its team

Your duties:

Reception and welcome

Ensure the welcome, check-in and check-out of guests.
Manage guests' requests throughout their stay and anticipate their needs.
Answer telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
Ensure the follow-up of reservations and billing and payment operations.
Ensure the proper transmission of information between the different departments.
Guarantee the quality of service and the satisfaction of our international clientele.
Carry out administrative tasks and closing procedures specific to the evening shift.

Valet and porter service

Take charge of, park and return guests' vehicles with care and professionalism.
Transport luggage to the rooms and accompany guests during their settling in.

Qualifications

Your profile

Experience in a similar position, ideally in high-end hospitality.
Excellent presentation, sense of welcome and customer service.
Dynamic, versatile, autonomous and organised personality.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and adapt to the needs of the establishment.
Fluency in French and a good level of English essential. Any other language is an asset.
Good command of IT tools and hotel management software.
Valid category B driving licence essential, with good ease in driving different types of vehicles.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
