What to expect
- Independent acquisition of new customers and projects as well as building sustainable business relationships
- Support and expansion of existing customers and projects with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored solution offers in close cooperation with our technical specialists
- Management of the entire sales process including handling of tenders
- Consulting and sales of the entire ti&m service portfolio
- Convincing presentation of our offers and services to customers
- Representation of the company at trade fairs and events
- Maintenance and further development of our CRM system
What you bring
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry with proven success
- Experience in selling IT solutions and/or services
- Passion for sales with an existing network of relationships
- Good business understanding as well as affinity for digitalization, security, innovation, and consulting
- High customer orientation and strong service awareness
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of networking
- Confident appearance, strong persuasiveness and negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
