We are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team: You will advance our events and projects – with good planning and an eye for detail. Do you enjoy working independently and keep an overview even when several tasks are pending at the same time? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

We are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Marketing Employee 40-60% (a)

Your tasks

• You support the Head of Marketing in planning and implementing our B2B marketing measures. Your focus is on organising trade fairs and events as well as creating and maintaining our marketing content.
• You are responsible for the planning and organisation of trade fairs and events.
• You prepare technical topics in collaboration with product management and sales in a clear and target group-oriented manner.
• You create and maintain content for our website, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
• You assist in designing and updating brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other communication materials - in line with our corporate design.
• You help evaluate our digital channels and, together with the Head of Marketing, derive improvements.

What you bring

• Practical professional experience in marketing or communications.
• Organisational talent and experience in planning trade fairs and events.
• Very good German skills and enjoyment in writing clear and appealing texts.
• A structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 and openness to new digital tools.
• Interest in technical topics and enjoyment of teamwork.

Additional skills, such as in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, website maintenance, or newsletter marketing, are welcome. Experience with Google Analytics or Google Ads as well as French language skills are a plus.

Connect Com is a leading manufacturer and provider of fibre optic infrastructure. Our products and services form the basis for technological progress and digitalisation. With a total of 180 employees at three locations in Switzerland and Germany, we work daily on our vision to connect the future.

Swiss Made

At our headquarters in Rothenburg, we have our own production. A team of around 20 employees manufactures the fine fibre optic cables and connectors as well as housings, panels, or entire cabinets. Our in-house logistics ensures safe delivery to our customers.
