CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC short-turning machines
• Manufacture of precision parts according to technical specifications
• Execution of initial sample, intermediate and final inspections
• Active assurance and documentation of product quality
• Participation in process optimisation and continuous improvements
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on the machines
• Ensuring a stable and trouble-free production process

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic or comparable
• Mandatory: practical experience in CNC short turning on
• Nakamura WT-100 (Fanuc) or a very similar machine
• Experience in the application of lean methods is an advantage
• Independent, precise and responsible way of working
• High reliability, teamwork and flexibility
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
