We need a talented Key Account Manager (m/f) in Digital Recruiting full-time and permanent at our location in Solothurn.
Your tasks:
As a Key Account Manager, you have a direct impact on the success of Risem. With every highly satisfied customer and every completed upsell, you ensure more revenue, more recommendations, and thus faster growth of the company.
You are responsible for expanding long-term relationships with our most important customers.
You manage communication and coordinate the internal implementation of topics with our internal specialist departments.
You act as a strategic advisor for our existing customers and advise them professionally on our recruiting services.
You work closely with the sales managers and the marketing team.
You participate in events, workshops, and speaking engagements and are available as a contact person.
