Büelriet – The home for elderly people.
Our new care and support center Büelriet offers a private and cozy home for 44 residents. Every day, the entire Büelriet team cares for the residents with great dedication, always with the goal of creating a feeling of being at home for the residents and maintaining their quality of life.
Our employees create a place of appreciation, comfort, and security for the residents through their daily motivated commitment. The personal wishes, needs, and ideas of our residents are the focus, individually considered and integrated.
Your tasks
- Courteously receive and attend to our guests
- Properly serve food and drinks with active recommending and selling
- Mise en place activities and setting tables
- Prepare and provide drinks
- Adhere to hygiene guidelines including care and cleaning of used equipment and materials
- Assist with larger events and banquets
- You prepare the service for the ordered lunch and dinner of our residents and carry out the service
Your profile
- Completed training or experience in gastronomy and/or hospitality is an advantage
- First professional experience in a house with refined service, preferably in a hotel operation
- You have good manners and a high understanding of elderly and sick people
- You are a host/hostess with heart and soul
- High service competence and quality awareness
- Teamwork skills as well as willingness to cooperate with all interfaces
- Efficient, independent, and responsible way of working
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
