In our eight operating theatres, 7,600 procedures are performed annually in the following specialties according to the service mandate: visceral surgery, bariatrics, orthopaedics, traumatology, vascular surgery, gynaecology, urology including Da Vinci, plastic-reconstructive surgery, hand surgery and ENT.
Our Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and Central Equipment Processing (CEP) is a modern service provider for all hospital departments. The task of the CSSD includes cleaning, disinfection, sterilisation and provision of medical devices. All instruments are checked for functionality and maintained.
Direct applications are preferred; external recruitment agencies will not be given priority.
- in the routine inspection of all devices / batch release in general
- in the proper and professional processing of instruments and endoscopes to be sterilised
- work in the CSSD, possibly CEP (early, middle, late shifts and weekends/public holidays)
- have completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ or completed specialist course as Technical Sterilisation Assistant II, preferably completed Endo-Ste or willing to complete it
- have good PC skills and sound knowledge of MS Office applications and a batch documentation system (T-Doc, Euro SDS or Instacount)
- have good German language skills, both spoken and written
