Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for 5-Axis Milling

Tasks

Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
Manufacturing of individual parts and small series
Creating and optimising CNC programmes
Working with CAD/CAM and 3D data
Tool selection and optimisation of cutting data
Quality control and measurement of workpieces
Optimisation of manufacturing processes

Requirements

Training as a polymechanic, cutting machine mechanic, CNC mechanic or equivalent
Experience in 5-axis milling
Good CNC and CAD/CAM knowledge
Confident reading of technical drawings
Experience with tools and clamping technology
Independent, precise and reliable working style
