HR Application Manager (m/f/d)

Further development of digital procedures for optimal distribution of employees taking into account operational requirements.
Examination of existing planning models and identification of opportunities for simplification, standardisation and quality improvement.
Professional support of key users as well as building a sustainable understanding of modern workforce management methods.
Planning and implementation of adjustments together with HR, operational units and technical contacts.
Supporting the organisation in the introduction of new processes, functions and digital working methods.
Qualifications:
Business informatics specialist or comparable background with practical experience in personnel deployment or operational planning processes.
Knowledge of a workforce management, shift planning or resource planning solution is an advantage.
Strong process understanding combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and improve them in a structured way.
Communicative personality with enthusiasm for consulting, moderation and knowledge transfer.
Experience or strong interest in change management, stakeholder coordination and sustainable anchoring of new working methods.
